The collaboration will introduce a suite of cryptocurrency ETFs and exchange-traded products under the Truth.Fi financial brand, leveraging Crypto.com’s broker-dealer arm, Foris Capital US LLC. These products will blend exposure to digital assets with U.S.-centric securities, marking a strategic expansion of Trump Media’s financial offerings. The deal, initially outlined in March, has been formalized with legal counsel from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, signaling institutional credibility.
